When Charnwood Data approached me, its service offering was still taking shape. They had a name, a vision, and a few product prototypes—but no clear visual identity or story. Our collaboration quickly became about more than design. It was about defining who they were and how they could communicate value to future partners.




To bring Charnwood Data’s brand to life, I built a flexible identity system rooted in visual metaphor. Patterns were inspired by analog data systems—files, drawers, textures—while the color palette balanced approachability with authority. 

Typeface explorations centered around editorial credibility and clarity. This wasn’t about surface polish—it was about giving structure and texture to something still in formation.

The storytelling approach emphasized clarity, curiosity, and control, three values critical in building trust for data tools.

From product mockups to site design, the work served as both brand formation and a proof of concept, a first step in helping Charnwood establish credibility and make their offering tangible to investors and early adopters.
