The Challenge
Kick off Tinuiti’s annual leadership summit with a unifying moment to spark alignment, emotional buy-in, and frame the year’s priorities through a shared creative lens.

The Strategy
We built a trailer-style short film using Formula 1 racing as a metaphor for Tinuiti’s “Forever Flywheel”: high-performance teams in sync, driving growth. The goal was to channel urgency, pride, and precision—all in under a minute.

Stratgic Levers
  • Grounded the narrative in “momentum” to link personal agency to team performance
  • Reframed internal language into a tight, resonant VO script
  • Used found motorsport footage to convey scale, intensity, and ambition



Execution Highlights
  • Wrote and refined the VO to guide tone and structure
  • Storyboarded emotional pacing and visual rhythm
  • Partnered with internal and external editors for sourcing and final cut
  • Balanced metaphor and message to stay strategic—not cheesy
